The following schools had applications that I was aware were "held" for my February LSAT score: UGA (I asked this school to wait), Temple, Seton Hall, Tennessee

Began applying in the beginning of December due to an extenuating circumstance.

1/8- In at Rutgers-Newark! I'm going to Law School! Takes all the pressure off of the Feb re-take!

1/20- Waitlisted at Cardozo. Not a bad results considering my numbers are pretty much both below the medians.

1/25- Accepted at DePaul via snail mail. $15,000 with the draconian 3.2 GPA requirement. At the very least, I now have options.

2/8- IN at Pitt!!!!! Really happy with this one!

2/20- WL at Brooklyn. Will stay on and asked to be considered for PT. Not the best news on LSAT re-take day!

2/26- WL at Houston. Not surprising. Will stay on and see if I can switch to PT. I just hope this doesn't mean that they got my Feb. LSAT and it's bad!

2/27- Got a 165 on my re-take. Will be adding some higher-ranked schools!

3/5- First sign of re-take success -- Brooklyn pulled me off the WL already! Hoping for some $!

3/11- Ask and ye shall receive - $8k renewable scholarship from Rutgers-Newark. 3.0 GPA stip -- not sure if that's good or bad.

3/15- Withdrew from DePaul. After attending the admitted students programming I decided that the school was not a fit for me. Also "held" at FSU. Updated them with my new LSAT so hopefully this will get me off this hold quickly.

3/16- Held for further review status than WL e-mail from UGA. Will be working EXTREMELY hard to get off this one. C'mon OOS splitters -- withdraw!

3/17- E-mail from Rutgers-Camden with shady phrasing that basically tells me to go to Dean's Law Day and I'm likely IN w/$. But it never actually says I'm IN. Planning to go; even though it's the day after Pitt ASD (kill.me.now). Also In Review at 'Nova.

3/19 - In @ Chicago-Kent via e-mail

3/22 - WL'd @ Villanova. Decided not to stay on the WL. School is too expensive without a scholarship and I don't want to go there enough to try.

3/25 - Pittsburgh matched RU-N with $8,000 renewable (contingent on 3.0)

3/26 - WL'd at Wake. Staying on.

3/27 - Officially accepted at Rutgers-Camden, though letter I was given at ASD was 3/23. $5,000/renewable scholarship with a 3.33 (B ). Need to find out curve, but was very impressed by their ASD presentation.

3/28- Withdrew from Cardozo WL. Also Tennessee status checker went blank.

3/31- Withdrew from Pitt. Loved the school but the price just wasn't right for me and I had a 4/1 deadline.

4/5- Another day, another WL. This time from Tulane. Sending in the form.

4/13- Camden matched my Newark scholly! They are back to being tied in USNWR, though, with Newark having stronger employment numbers....

4/19- Tennessee YP'd me; basically sent me an e-mail saying "you have probably accepted an offer at another school and we can't tell you anything at this time, but maybe after May 1st". Not a WL. I responded by withdrawing.

4/23- WL'd at FSU. Not bothering with this one.

4/24- Accepted at SHU via snail mail. $ award was lulz-worthy. At least now I can say I rejected them :-)

4/28- First person with a 165 to not get admitted to SMU. Another WL. Ultra-depressing.

5/6- Out at Fordham. Not shocking at all; they like GPA's too much.
