Additional info & updates

3-07: I am praying my local university (UNLV) will accept me. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I didn't score well on the LSAT, but I'm hoping my community activities, work experience, and strong letter of recommendations will prove I am ready for law school.

3-12: I got accepted to Cooley. I think I only applied to say I got accepted somewhere. I can't see myself leaving to the cold. Brrrr!

3-15: I spoke to the admissions assistant at UNLV, my application is "in review". Oh! the agony of waiting!

3-31: Nothing from UNLV. The suspense is killing me. I want it so bad. I don't think I can describe the feelings.

4-4: My app is still "in review".

4-6: Nothing from UNLV!!!!

4-11: I heard the committee is meeting each week on Fridays to discuss the final acceptances/rejected. I applied so late, I'm worried I'm at the bottom of the pile. I'm usually looking forward to my paycheck on Fridays, but this month-- more so looking forward to a response from UNLV. Go REBELS!

4-14: Allegedly, maana is the day UNLV will be notifying everyone of the decisions. I can only hope for the best!

4-19: Still waiting............

4-25: Well, nothing yet. I guess no news is better than bad news.

4-29: Alright....Alright....Alright...TODAY is the day UNLV sends all pending decisions out..... We'll see.....

4-29: Well, I was denied access to attend UNLV.

5-02: Applied at Hamline. I will be retaking the LSAT in June. I'm very excited to start law school, so it's either Cooley or Hamline for me. Hopefully Hamline with a scholarship!

I am going to admitted students day tomorrow. Super excited. My SO is currently deployed so I haven't really been able to talk to him about it yet, but hopefully we can find a way to make it work! I am hoping that maybe I can get an extension on the seat deposit. Are you still waiting to hear back? Good luck!
