Have heard from Hofstra - don't know exactly when but it was soon and the letter came in big package(you get a t-shirt). $30,000 a year if I stay above a 3.25.

3-3-07 - Got an answer today from St. John's University. Small envelope that looked overpacked. $17,500 a year if I stay in the top half.

3-13-07- This waiting game is driving me nuts...will someone else give me an answer?

3-18-07-It's been two weeks since I have heard anything...I know I am not a slam dunk at anywhere I still haven't heard from but come on it's been almost 2 months since I have applied. Anyone know if thats good or bad?

3-19-07-Well they say be careful what you wish for. First rejection from George Mason...oh well...ironic though, they sent me a fee waiver. I guess it's the first of many rejections to come.

3-22-07-Rejected from BC...kind of expected. I may have been a bit ambitious with these apps.

3-26-07-Rejection from William and Mary. Please just let me in somewhere else.

3-29-07-Paid a deposit at St John's...going to withdraw from Hofstra.

3-30-07- Online status check showed rejection from Fordham. Kind of upset really wanted in.

4-3-07- Withdrew from Hofstra today and got an email from St. John's saying my deposit was processed.

4-6-07-This is really starting to drive me nuts. Its been 11 weeks since I applied and I still haven't heard from 6 out of 12 schools. They are mostly reaches so I think there should be a few rejections in there. I just want to hear already.

4-8-07-I know this has nothing to do with acceptances but I just made a payment towards my American Express bill and realized I have spent nearly $3000 just trying to get into law school. I am working 2 jobs to try and eliminate $10,000 worth of debt to try and have a clean slate before going another 90 k or so. I hope this is all worth it in the end.

4-9-07- Waitlisted at Cardozo. Got info for some parttime summer prgoram. Anybody have any info about that?

4-13-07- Waitlisted at Brooklyn. Oh well...I withdrew.

4-17-07-Waitlisted at UC Davis. I'm definitely looking to head out to Cali so I am VERY HAPPY!

4-18-07-St John's upped the offer from $17,500 per year to $22,500 per year. Nice!

4-19-07-Withdrew from Cardozo. Well I actually asked them to match St. John's but seeing as that isn't going to happen I told them I withdraw. Called Wisconsin and the said the letter is in the mail.

4-20-07-Waitlisted at Wisconsin.

4-21-07-Rejected from USC...kind of hoping against hope, but it's not a big surprise.

5-1-07-Talked to UCLA today about my status. They said I should hear by the end of the week. I just want to hear already.

5-9-07-Emailed UCLA and got my last no...finally done. Unless UC Davis or Wisconsin come through it looks like it's going to be St. John's. I have an admitted students dinner tonight which should be interesting.

5-19-07-I have spent the last 9 hours proctering practice SATs in attempt to make some money to pay off those damn applications fees and seat deposits. I hope law school is worth it. On a brighter note, one more week of grad school. Soon I'll be a master, NICE!

5-31-07-Graduated today with my masters only 2 and a half months till law school.

6-6-07-I told my job I'm not coming back next year. It's official now. Just waiting to hear from Davis and Wisconsin.
