strangely enough, no. I sent in my fall grades around january 5th, but they waitlisted me after they must have received those. I didn't do anything except send back their interest card although i definitely was planning on it in the near future. Thanks and good luck!

hey there - when I was initially on hold at NU, I submitted a "Why NU?" essay, a LOR from an alum, and a writing sample. When I was WL there, I sent a LOCI as well as my "Why NU?" essay again - b/c I thought it was just that good, hehe. I also personally emailed Johann, the assistant director of admissions. Best of luck to you - it is definitely possible.
