4/15/2010- My fiance and I have decided DC it will be for us! I'm very excited!

4/6/2010- Got 15,000 from GW today!

3/18/2010- Formally withdrew from George Mason and Richmond Law today.

3/2/2010- Corrected scholarship info in today for Wake. $18,000 a year!

3/1/2010- I just got a scholarship announcement from Wake with $30,000 renewable each year.... followed by an e-mail telling me they had sent it to me by mistake. Ouch.

2/28/2010- Just got an e-mail acceptance into Washington University St. Louis! Funny story... I thought it was another e-mail telling me to go to American, and then today I noticed that it was an e-mail accepting me at WUSL! From five days earlier!

2/2/2010- Got a scholarship from Kentucky that lowers my out of state tuition to in state rates! 33,000 over three years, approximately.

2/1/2010- Just realized that my status date changed at University of Washington on 1/25. My status still says Application Complete though... I don't know what that means!

1/26/2010- Just had my interview at Kentucky! I had a fun time seeing the law school and sitting in on a class. I'm not making any decisions until I visit schools. So we'll just wait and see! :)

1/15/2010- I got accepted to George Washington! I was so excited to see the package!

1/19/2010- I was put on hold today at Cardozo by e-mail, but I went ahead and withdrew.

1/11/2010- I got back to school and had a letter from Kentucky about a scholarship interview! I'm going up later this month for it and a tour! I'm really excited!

12/21/2009- I'm under review at Duke. They're probably just deciding how quickly to reject me haha. I've only got a few schools left to hear from!

12/18/2009- Just got accepted at Wake Forest via e-mail!!! My fiance's on the waitlist at Wake Forest Medical School and I know we'd both love to go there too! Wow, big day!

12/17/2009- My status changed at Wake Forest from administrative review to Application Complete! I think I'm moving in the wrong direction! We'll see if that means they'll be making a decision soon!

12/17/2009- I got a call from the Dean of Admissions, and I'm in at George Mason!

12/16/2009- I've never been so excited to get waitlisted! :) I really had no chance at UVA, and maybe they waitlist everybody, but still! I didn't get straight up rejected!

12/9/2009- The law school gods must have known I was feeling down because I got my acceptance letter from UK today. It had a nice little handwritten note from the associate dean too that commented on my impressive academic and service record. That was really nice!

12/8/2009- Updating this thing isn't nearly as fun when you get rejected. :( I really didn't expect to be accepted to Georgetown though, so it's ok.

12/2/2009- Just got accepted to University of Kentucky by way of e-mail! The e-mail said I should get sent a formal letter by Friday. Very exciting! My fiance has been accepted to the medical school in Kentucky so we're in luck!

11/30/09- Accepted at American University! I loved the school when I first started researching law schools, so I'm really excited to be accepted there!

11/23/2009- Decision's been made at American! I guess I'll get a letter sometime soon!

11/16/2009- Well, my fiance got an interview at St. Louis for medical school, so now I'm applying to Washington University. I'm really excited, because I loved Wash U when I first started looking at law schools! We'll see how it goes...

11/08/2009 - I'm pretty sure I just finished applying to all of my law schools! Wow. What a relief! Now we're playing the waiting game.

11/06/2009 - I got a phone call from University of Richmond, and I have been accepted! This is exciting! :)

10/25/2009 - I'm complete at several schools and I guess I'll start hearing back around December, right? I'm excited!

10/12/2009 - I'm officially a law school applicant, and I am sending in my first round of applications!

9/09/2009 - Finally finished my personal statement and it's being reviewed by some people now. Hopefully going to be sending in applications at the end of this month.
