Hey, Firstly, congrats, as I saw you were able to get off of the NIU waitlist, and I was wondering if you did anything (ie sending a letter of continued interest) to bolster your chances for acceptance? I wasn't expecting anyone to get off of the waitlist until the end of the summer. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

IU Indy sent me an email on 4/1 letting me know I was accepted & inviting me to an open house on the 12th. They said the letter was in the mail but wanted to let me know so I could make plans to attend the open house. Interestingly, I had not received the letter over a week later, so I called & they sent another one. Turned out the first letter they sent had the wrong address, so you might want to double-check that they have your address correct! FYI, my seat deposit is due May 1st so they'll probably have a better idea about things at the end of this week, which might help move things along for you. Good luck!!
