Currently attending Hofstra University School of Law, but looking to move closer to home to be near my ailing father. Graduated college in 2007, and went through two application cycles. In 2007 I was admitted to 10 schools, and in 2008 I applied to, and was admitted into the following institutions:

Hofstra University
New York Law School
Albany School of Law
John Marshall Law School (Chicago)

My hopes are to move as close as possible to my father in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He had a heart attack earlier this year, and our family was affected by the flood of 2008. Hofstra is amazing, and after much consideration I might be heading back there this fall. I got a 148/155 on the LSAT and had a 2.79 GPA. This put me near the bottom of the class, but I ended the year with a 2.8 GPA - roughly 50th%. I encourage you to consider Hofstra. Incredible school
