Sorry about UNM's decision. How did they notify you?
Both schools notified me via snail mail. Drake has sent me a lot of information about admitted student days. However, I am leaning towards Wyoming because of the low tuition cost and proximity to home. I've spoken to Wyoming's admissions and financial aid people, and all of them have been very friendly and helpful. They are having an online discussing with applicants tomorrow night. You should participate. Good luck!!
Congrats on you acceptance to Washburn! Are you headed to the ASD there? I've been accepted there and may be going, depends on my fiancee's job offer. I was just wondering your thoughts about the school, local reputation, job prospects..etc. Best of luck to you wherever you end up!
I received my acceptance in late Jan/early Feb, and received my financial aid and scholarship info a few weeks later. After you notify UW of your intent to enroll, they assign you a wyoweb account, which allows you to complet FA information online. I already accepted my award amount, but the scholarship amount will not be determined for another month.
Hey I'm looking at going to Washburn too. I'm pretty excited about it and I haven't heard anything bad about the school yet. If you end up there shoot me an e-mail. You have to sign a lease by July 1st to get in state for 2nd semester and I'm looking at a few apartments, have you heard anything about housing? Good luck.

Was the Utah "thing" from last year? You seem to have a decent chance at the schools on your list now? Do you happen to have a Grad degree? Good luck...nontrad here too.
