Additional info & updates

***Scholarships are over 3 years.***

12/01 - Accepted to Michigan State via phone call with a scholarship that covers 75% tuition!

12/08 - Accepted to Mercer via status checker with a letter to follow.

12/09 - I'm kind of freaking out right now, just got a full-tuition scholarship to Mercer Law. This definitely puts Mercer at the top of my list, because keeping my debt low is my primary concern with law school.

12/15 - Accepted to Charleston Law via e-mail.

12/19 - Accepted to American University via status checker. Oh how I would love to be able to go there. I will definitely try my hardest to make my COA there as cheap as can be so I can try to go.

01/30 - Accepted at CUNY via status checker! I'd love to go but I know they don't give out a lot of scholarship $, so we'll just have to see...

02/01 - Waitlisted at Georgia State via status checker...

02/03 - Accepted at Lewis & Clark via being able to log in to the accepted students website. Really hoping I get some $ with my letter because I'd love to be able to move to Portland!

03/11 - 15k a year scholarship from Charleston via snail mail.

03/12 - Decision mailed from South Carolina, hopefully I'll receive it tomorrow.

03/14 - Acceptance letter from South Carolina with a $2000 scholarship good for three years.

Hey. Just wondering, how did you get a fee waiver to CUNY? Was it financial?

Hi! It was an LSAC application fee waiver, not one from the school itself.

Trust me, the Michigan winters are very hard and very long. I spent the first ~9 years of my life there, and after spending the last 11 years in the south I'm not sure if I could handle going back. It wasn't bad growing up but now that I'm used to humidity and 110 degree summers I think I would die haha.

congrats on CUNY. How did you find out?
