1) Apply earlier 2) You will not outperform your numbers, but probably still worth trying to.
I don't qualify for the LSAC fee waiver, but application costs were a burden for me. Many schools offered waivers to me or I requested direct fee waivers from schools. I really recommend doing this much earlier in the process than I did. I should have gotten more fee waivers than I did but I was running up against my own deadlines for submitting applications.
