2/6/09 - Received email from TSU that app was received

2/10/09 - Complleted UDC app via LSAC

2/11/09 - Complleted FAMU app via LSAC
Resubumitted UDC personal statement

2/11/09 - Complleted SULC app via LSAC

2/13/09 - Complleted CMCL app via LSAC

2/18/09 - Recieved email from SULC saying app was received
Received email fee waiver from Mercer (Still on the fence on whether I'm going to apply. I really don't feel like re-writing a new personal statement)

2/20/09 - Faxed/emailed Character fitness addendum to all schools. (Sorry was in a rush to complete app I didn't submit that part, plus I had to research my record)

2/23/09 - Received email from CMCL that they received my addendum

2/24/09 - Received email from FAMU saying my file was complete (14 days later!!!) Also received an email from them reminding me of the March !st FAFSA deadline (Soooo...not going to make that)

2/24/09 - Received call from TSU that they needed proof that my juvenile convictiion record had been destroyed. Faxed proof of GA law that juvenile records are destroyed at the age of 28. Whoo Woo thank you to the state of GA for being so lazy!!!

2/25/09 - Completed Depaul app via LSAC

3/2/09 - 1st rejection from UARK, but they did give me the option of being considered as a non-index student. (Not sure if its worth the time)

3/3/09 - 1st acceptance letter! FAMU u rock!!!
File complete at TSU (slow mutha pluckas)

3/18/09 - File complete at NCCU, I can't believe it takes almost 6 weeks for a file to be complete. I'm so p.o'd!!!

3/20/09 - Found out I got into UDC vial online status checker. Now I'm just waiting on my acceptance letter via snail mail. I hope they give a brother some cash for school!

3/24/09 - TSU finally made a decision now its time to wait on the letter. Keep you fingers cross.

3/35/09 - I got an email from TSU saying I need to fill out my FAFSA and list them on there. I'm not sure if that means I got in or not. Oh yeah I got a large letter from CSU but it was only the info package I requested 3 weeks ago. lol

3/27/09 - 2 letters today. Thin letter from Depaul and large envelope from UDC. Rejection doesn't sting so bad when you get a partial scholarship from one of your top choices. I didn't want to go to Depaul anyway. I just applied because of the fee waiver.

3/28/09 - 2 letters from UALR. I'm in!!! Decisions decisions decisions!!! Damn

4/2/09 - Large letter from Southern. I got in!!!

4/3/09 - Sent $300 deposit to UDC. DC here I come or so I think...

4/4/09 - Another letter from Southern offering a full tuition scholarship!!! Dammit I just sent the deposit for UDC...

4/13/09 - Sent fin aid info to SULC. Got an email saying my CLEO app wasn't complete.

4/15/09 - Received a letter from UALR offering an additional $6000 to the $10000 out-state fee waiver. Damn how the hell am I getting all this money from all these schools, it makes the process more difficult that it needs to be.

5/4/09 - Recieved a letter from SULC offering attendance in the 4 week pre law program. I guess I will do it being that I just got laid off today. lol God works in mysterious ways.

5/27/09 - Letter from CSU stating my app was missing the LSDA report and LOR's. That's a load of crap. They are just trying to buy time so they can see who accepts or not. How is that they have the other components of my app but not the whole thing when its all sent together in one package.

6/1/09 - Accepted at NCCU but no money, I guess I will call tomorrow to see if I can swing some leftover money.
