Additional info & updates

11-17: Received an email from Duke inviting me to class 2009, scholarship forms available on "admitted" site and received on a rolling basis.

11-26: Status for Michigan changed to decision. Peeked the admitted site and saw that blue portfolio was sent out on the 26th..still haven't gotten it in the mail yet..but i hope that means i'm in? will update for sure when package arrives.

12- 4: Status checker for Cornell changed to decision. Gotta wait and see.

12-6: Received Cornell packet in the mail. Mentioned that more information would be mailed shortly.

12-6: Still no Michigan packet. Stupid snail mail.

12-7: Georgetown status check changed to decision.

12-08-08: I thought I withdrew my application from Notre Dame, but it's fun to get in anyway. Offered 20,000 a year.

12-08-08: Finally, MICHIGAN letter! and an email from the Dean who I quote said "cat's out of the bag, you're in" or something like that.

12-10-08: Georgetown showed me no love. Of course it could've been my numbers. But i have a hunch that they didn't like the fact that i was early decision and right after i got into Duke, called them to desperately switch me to regular admission.

12-17-08: I thought i withdrew from USC. oh, well.

1-17-09: Ah, UPenn no love. I guess my threshold is number 9 =T.

On all the acceptances, you and I have pretty similar numbers, hopefully my cycle mirrors yours as well! Good thing you got out of the Georgetown ED, too
