We're close in #s... and writing awards... and valedictorian status ... and attending small liberal arts UGs. :o) Looks like you're doing pretty well this cycle. Congrats on Wake--are they one of your top choices?

Hey mot34, Yeah, I had a couple reasons for my "ambitious" application list: focused career goals, interesting extracurriculars, strong writing ability, a tolerance for waitlists, and confidence that I'd get into BU (which I like, so why apply to more schools of comparable caliber?). To be honest though, I'm also really indecisive, so I'm counting on a handful of rejections to help me make the final decision... I think you'll be happily surprised with your future acceptances (you're raking them in already!). A sexy gpa like that is hard to overlook -- combine that with a good ps, which I assume you have -- and you're golden. Best of luck to you! -c

Right now I have no clue although I am leaning towards GW. Shoot me an email if you want to compare notes about the various schools. Good luck with the rest of your cycle.

Chiashu says I have a 50% chance but judging by LSN I figure I'm headed for the waitlist at best. Almost everyone with our index number has been deferred or waitlisted and the ones that have been accepted tend to be of the 169 3.5 variety.
