Thanks for the quick response. I guess I'll wait a little longer and if they don't request I'll give them a call. I am in the undergrad program at UB now, so it seems logical to apply there. It's not a bad school for the money, and it is improving each year. Our newest Governor is making the law school his pet project, so that can't hurt. Anyway, best of luck to you. If you have any more questions about UB, let me know. I can almost guarantee your acceptance there with the numbers you have.
Congrats! I'm also from Illinois and accepted to Creighton. Don't know if I'll go there yet but I'm visiting the school in a couple weeks. Good luck on the rest of your apps.
Hey, Congrats so far it looks like you're doing well. Our numbers are similar and many of our schools. I'm torn between Washburn and Toledo right now. What are you thinking?
Yeah Creighton does seem good. My main problem with them is they sent me a letter that they may not let me know until this summer if I got in and I applied mid December. However my entire family is from Nebraska and it would be nice to have family nearby. I'll keep you posted, and do the same to me in return.
Hey I just got rejected at ASU today, and FYI I was rejected at Gonzaga and waitlisted at Drake so look forward to that. I'm definitelly going to Washburn, let me know if you'll be there by chance too, though it sounds like Creighton for you.
yeah I went to the last chat and they had 7 people (students-profs-administrators) lined up to answer all sorts of questions. It's really cheap to live there, they've been super nice (the guy that called me offered to help me move in), you can get in state by 2nd semester, apparently they're one of the top 20 schools in the nation for research and writing, they have some programs I like, only a 4% academic attrition rate, and to top it all off Bob Dole went there. How can you go wrong? If you do choose Washburn it would be fun to meet up and help each other out, I know I'll be alone. Let me know if you have any questions about the school that I may have researched or asked already.
As of today, it's my first choice amongst places I have been accepted. My overall #1 is SMU/Texas/Houston.

Yeah Carbondale is great I still visit quite a bit. The Creighton visit was great and Omaha was cool. I went to the Old Market area and checked out a couple bars and shops and had a good time. Well, as good time as could be had on a frigid Sunday afternoon. Everyone at Creighton was really nice and i was impressed by their bar passage rate, starting salary, and career placement. The library was really nice too. Its definitely a top choice for me. Stay in touch and let me know how your visit goes.
I hit Creighton's ASD on Friday, was decent, waiting to see how much their MBA program gives me. Leaning towards Creighton, but an admit from NIU or MSU could change that.

Hey I sent in my seat deposit for Creighton as well. That is definitely where I'm going. I'm excited that I finally know where I'm going to law school! I think I might try to go to the accepted students day in May. Let me know what you decide.
Hey, my parents and I are thinking about going to Omaha sooner than May 23, so I probably won't go to the ASD. But if I do end up going I'll let you know and we'll hit the bars. Otherwise we'll do it in August. When you go out in May, check out Billy Frogs in Old Market. I went there in Feb, it was pretty cool.

Hey congratulations. Creighton is a great school, I wish you the best of luck. I just can't convince myself that Creighton would be better for me than Washburn. And I completely agree, we just need to make ourselves happy.

Yea I\'m pretty excited about it, I visited the campus a couple weeks ago and it was super nice...the law building is pretty average, but it\'s got a great library. Where are you living?
Has UB requested your law school report through LSAC yet? I applied the 13th of January and still no request from them, quite strange. Anyway, good luck.
