Acceptance to John Marshall in Atl in large white envelope. I'd kind of expected this. Not the best school, but it was mainly to make me feel good about myself.

Acceptance letter from Samford!!! Large white envelope and a smaller white one with my username and password and all that jazz. So excited. It's my number 2 choice.

I called Alabama because I still haven't heard anything. The lady I spoke to told me the selection committe is meeting next week and the week after, and if I get accepted, I'll get an acceptance email before the letter. Keeping my fingers crossed!!! I really hope I get accepted@bama! If not, then I'll attend Samford for a year then transfer.

Advice to anyone who's still waiting to hear from Bama: Call the Law School and ask for a status check, or ask when you'd hear a decision. The director of admissions said they put a note on the application when a student calls in to check up, she told me that it shows the applicant has interest. So call them!!

I was not made aware of any scholarships that have been given to me by Samford... (big surprise, right??) I am in the process of finding an apartment and want to be as close to campus as I can afford. Good luck w/bama, but hope you end up at Cumberland

You would think that they could afford to give out a lot more scholarship money, I agree. I'm anxious to hear what you find out about apartments. Good luck on your finals. BTW, do we know each other? I think we might.

Hello future classmate, Samford told me the same thing about not having anymore scholarship money. That really sucks!! I'm in the process of finding an apartment too. Let me know how your search is going. By the way, one of my best friends is an ADPi too.!!!

Hey i just happened to see your post on someone else's profile, if you are looking for cheaper apartments, look in the southside area, preferably highland. I would call Metcalf Realty, Boothby, quite a few other places have lots of places in southside, it's going to be much cheaper than near the campus.

yrh, I\\\'ve gotten deferred three times. They have reviewed my app and then said that they cannot make a decision. I guess it is better than a rejection
