So how strong do you feel your soft factors are? Also, how long did it take for you to hear back from Cumberland?
It looks like I will go to Cumberland as well. Are there many people going from Auburn? I hear there will be a few from UGA.
I've decided to go for a MA, no place that accepted me had the program I really wanted. I think that the 1st was the deadline to reserve a seat at Samford though.
Congrats man. I hope I see you there.
only if i can smear chocalate...all over your face.
Congrats on Samford! Have you heard anything from Samford about any available scholarships? I'm most likely going to Samford, and if so, I gotta find a decent job this summer to help pay for the tuition. Also, have you found any reasonable-priced apartments?
I'll be attending Samford in the fall as well. did you receive any scholarship money? It's super expensive, but I believe its worth it. Have you found any apartments?
So Samford said they have already given out all the scholarships they can afford...which is kinda sketchy considering that they're a ritzy private school. Anyways. Still no news from Bama, no one wants to read my file. I'm going up to Bham on monday after my final to look at apartments. I'll let ya know if I find any for a reasonable price. Good luck w/ the rest of your finals!
I don't know...we might since we go to the same school. I'm not a political science major, so I'm not sure. But if we don't, I look forward to meeting you!
Right now, I'm 100% Samford. Trying to find an apartment too, everything is super expensive. Let me know how your apartment search is going.
Congrats on Cumberland everyone. I am getting ready to start there in June and I am counting down the days.....nervously.
Hey! Cumberland has a free real estate consultant service where you can call these people and tell them what you're looking for: rooms, price range, location, etc, and they'll find all the apartments that fit that mold and take you around B-ham to show you. I have an appointment this Friday. You should call them! Btw, congrats on being done!
See you in Birmingham!
Hey, I think I'm gonna sign w/ Lakeshore ridge. It's kinda like the Exchange in Auburn. I love it. You should check it out.
Congrats to you as well. I am excited for school to start. I am a year out of school so I am ready to get back to a school atmosphere. It's so much better than the working world. Not doing anything to exciting this summer, you?
Thats cool. I'm not sure where I'm going to live yet. My girlfriend and I are going to go down there on a few weeks and look into buying a condo or loft. I'm not sure where exactly I'll end up though, it is expensive
Thanks Scott, see ya in the fall.
wow, you give me new hope for Cumberland. We have the same index, though slightly different scores. The only problem there is the $$$$$
