I am a relatively new mom who has been doing public interest work her whole life. My heart warms when I find others out there who are fighting the good fight. My understanding is that CUNY is a great place for pub int law, and has good clinics. You must be very excited about that acceptance. Good luck to you on the rest!

I got a phone call from the assistant dean today to tell me they still had "some spots in their DAY division" if I was still interested in Fordham. After I told her yes, she said they'd send out the acceptance letter on Monday. According to her, my application had been "held" (even though they never told me!) and the committee had JUST accepted me today. I'm guessing that some spots opened up since the deposit deadline just passed. It looks like you're going for the night division so I'm sure there's still some spots waiting there too! You seem to have an impressive resume...good luck to you!

Congrats

on St. John's! It's good to see someone with similar numbers get accepted to great schools. I am also a parent and planning to attend part-time. Best wishes and much success at wherever you end up.
