phonecall from lovely lady at OSU. Asked me to apply for merit scholarship. I answered the phone with a cookie in my mouth, hahah real professional.

I'm liking the acceptances though the money situation is still bleak. Def need more money thrown my way soon!!

Arrived home for my temple acceptance. made my whole week. Only $45 total. may need to start negotiating

Pittsburgh info went to my permanent address which is my sister's house in Pittsburgh. No fin aid or scholarship as I'm an international student. boo to them!!!

GWU scholarship offer was the best thing to happen to me in a loooong while. Its 20k per year with free housing the first year. Definetely bumped up into my top two.
Currently waiting on UVA scholarship info.

Its between UVA and GWU unless CCN stun me with an acceptance paired with a million dollars... seriously not a million dollars but the scholarship money would have to be great to justify the housing expenses.

I'm really looking forward to concluding this thing.Based on the pressures from my Dept chair (REALLY for UVa) and my mum (really for GWU because my aunt lives in DC) I'll make my decision on April 1st, regardless of whether UVA sends me any money. I'm going to withdraw from OSU and Temple once I figure out how to. :-)

04/22 GWU is the one.

06/29 GWU bumped up my scholarship to full tuition and first year housing.. SWEET!!! I guess if the school wants you it goes after you full force!!

Congrats on your cycle thus far. Looks like you are getting into some great schools! How did you hear about scholarships from Ohio State? They told me that they were sending out notifications in the middle of February.
