Don't remember all the dates - my app was complete at LSDAS around Nov. 1, but took some schools a few weeks to register as complete (got the Harvard letter saying it was complete a day before the acceptance letter).

I only live in NYC now (Park Slope to be exact), I'm FROM the Bay Area (and yes, am one of those people that thinks there's no greater place on earth). Thanks for the Paris tip :)
