10/26 - I know UPenn/Michigan is a super reach, but I had to give em a shot.

11/2 - In at Fordham and William and Mary

11/7 - Received email from William and Mary confirming acceptance with link to ASW. Email from W&L stating first round of acceptances will be released 11/10.

11/8 - Email with scholarship award for Fordham. Guaranteed $20,000 per year.

11/9 - In at Cornell via email! Totally shocked.

11/10 - In at Washington and Lee via email.

11/21 - In at Notre Dame via email. Haven't received the formal letter yet for some reason. Status checker said "Decision Made" on 11/14 and I got the email today.

11/27 - Finally got the formal letter and packet from Notre Dame. Included scholarship for $20k/year

12/9 - Rejected by Penn. Lol they said they did it "regretfully" though, which softens the blow a bit.

12/15 - Letter from Washington and Lee indicating scholarship of $40,000 per year

12/21 - Accepted via email to IU-B. Scholarship of $5k/year...Ouch. It seems they spent all their money last year.

Whats the name of your start up? Im always interested in seeing fresh new companies. Is it a tech company?

Congratulations on getting accepted to Fordham. This is a good start! A quick question- Is there any reason in particular you chose not to apply to UT?

I looked it up, it sounds pretty cool..I don't understand why you are going to law school though. This is the decade of start ups and new ideas. At least with your own company you don't have to worry about being laid off. I am actually working on a start up and should network. I left my email for u

Thanks!

Congrats on your early acceptances as well! As number twins, I'm hoping this cycle will be kind to us...

Congrats!

Congrats on Cornell! We seem to have similar numbers which gives me hope, but I'm not sure my softs compare to yours.

Good Luck!

Congrats on the acceptances so far. We have similar numbers, and we both ED'ed at super reaches so... here's some positive vibes! lol I was happily surprised by the acceptance to Cornell too... Are you considering it (if things don't work out with Penn)?

Aw, man...

I recently interviewed with a very wise man (or at least he seemed pretty smart) who said he didn't get into his dream school, but that it was the best thing that could have happened to him... He ended up at another great school (Northwestern) where he made lots of friends and had an amazing experience... So maybe that'll be our story one day :-)

Thanks!

Sorry about your Penn decision, but you're going to have some great choices! I wish Michigan would get back to us though, it's killing me.

That offer from Bloomington is shocking! By last years numbers, you should have gotten a full ride. Any ideas as to why they offered you so little?

Check out what this guy got from them last year. http://lawschoolnumbers.com/mez06

It makes no sense at all. Bloomington is a great school, but they have stiff regional competition and Indiana itself ain't exactly a paradise. How do they expect to keep their ranking if they cut their scholarship offers?
