@Mitchnasty Goodness gracious.... You got into Emory but got WLed at UGA?? Absolute insanity man. Thank you so much for your encouragement and best of luck to you! Emory would be a dream school for me! Good job man.

I was also waitlisted at UGA (with 3.92 and 159). My assumption is that their game is twofold: first, they waitlist a lot of people who are below their median LSAT, two they give very preferential treatment to people from Georgia. In the long run, I bet they accept you. As for myself, I'll likely be attending Emory. Best wishes to you.
