Additional info & updates

6/1- Received a phone call from the University of Maine to say I have been admitted off the wait list. Very excited to spend the next 3 years in Portland.

4/27- Chose to attend New England Law. Still on the wait list at Maine and Michigan State.

Well with my cycle finally complete it is now time to visit the schools I havent seen yet and make a decision. The 20K per year at New England will be hard to turn down but will most likely decide between New England, Western New England, and Vermont.

Scholarship total is over 3 years

Figure that Michigan State, Penn State, and Syracuse are long shots but wanted to take the chance anyways.

1/3- In at Florida Coastal via status checker. Got an email saying I have been given a renewable scholarship of $12,500/yr. Most likely will withdraw but always nice to be in at a school in a warm climate.

1/21-In at New England via phone call. Renewable scholarship of $18,000/yr. Not my first choice but nice to be in somewhere close to home.

1/27- Waitlisted at Quinnipiac via status checker. Not shocking. Probably will withdraw.

1/28- In at Vermont via status checker. Received acceptance packet in the mail a few days later.

1/31- Waitlisted at UMaine via snail mail. Kind of sucks as that was my first choice but oh well maybe it will work out.

2/1- In at UDC via email

2/1- In at Valpo via status checker. Received a phone call next day as well

2/3- Decision released according to status checker at Roger Williams. Anxiously waiting for the mail to get here.

2/3- Waitlisted at New York Law School. Do not plan to stay in the waitlist

2/7- In at Roger Williams via snail mail. Received acceptance packet today which included information on a renewable 13,000/yr scholarship that is contingent upon me me staying in the top half of the class.

2/14- Rejected at Syracuse. Kind of disappointing but also kind of expected.

3/1-3/4: Received scholarship increases at New England and Florida Coastal. Finally accepted @ WNEC via phone call with a $14k/year scholarship

Did your Roger Williams status check say 'decision rendered' before you received the acceptance letter?? My status still has said 'review pending' for SO LONG, umm? After more than a month of waiting and not a single acceptance, I am starting to lose it and any info that could help my peace of mind would be appreciated ! Thanks
