FAMU Accepted me, but it was after FSU's offer and I declined almost immediately, so I have no idea if they would have offered a scholarship.

UF I spent the most time on the application, as it was my first choice. Unfortunately, I applied late in the process. Waitlisted 4/17/2019

7/09/2019 Call from UF to gauge my interest in getting off the waitlist. I told him I want to go to UF, but I'm concerned about finances, and ask if an offer would include scholarship money. He said something to the effect of not to expect any, would I be interested? At which point I stated my offer from FSU, how I'd prefer UF, but if I can't get at least 80% in scholarship's they should consider the next applicant. Haven't heard back since.
