Drexel and Pepperdine both have Entrepreneurial Law programs that highlight the legal aspects of starting a business: incorporating, contracts, taking public, raising funds, etc.

If SMU and doesn't work out because of the ft/pt switch, and Pepperdine doesn't pull through, then I think you should consider reapplying to schools early next year. Your numbers are solid, and you would be competing for all of the seats early next fall. Just a thought. I actually think you aimed too low on most of your schools.
