June: LSAT scores back, fee waiver from W&M in my email.

October: Updated my list of apps... Trying to get my personal statement done/ last letter of recc on file so I can be DONE with this hell...

October 25: OKAY ALL MY APPS ARE DONE. Except UConn, but that's because I have to call them... I guess I just wait now? I'm still getting in fee waivers but I basically never want to look at another law school application in my LIFE so I probably won't do anything with them...

Oct 31: After some panic stricken days where I wasn't sure if my letters of recc got sent in the order that I requested, everything seems to be on track and I'm just waiting to go complete everywhere...

Nov 1: LATE BLOOMING FEE WAIVER FROM CORNELL = excitement!! Having already submitted the app, I called admissions and can still receive a reimbursement. SCORE.

Nov 5: Received = Report Date from LSAC unless I got a specific email from the school saying they received my app.
Now I'm really playing the waiting game...

Nov 14: Still hadn't gone complete with Cornell, so I called admissions just to check... everything was all set and they said written confirmation would probably be sent to me in the next week or so - HUGE relief!

Nov. 20: Called all schools that were not yet complete to verify apps were ACTUALLY complete. S'all good!

Nov 21: Acceptance from Suffolk - I'm going to law school! Letter dated 11-17-06.

Dec 1: Phone call from Dean Rahman at University of Richmond with my acceptance! She also mentioned that I will be a "strong contender" for a 25k/year scholarship offered through the school! I'm so excited!

Dec 4: Deferral from Georgetown in the mail - I kind of expected it at this point, so I'm not too bummed and I'll keep my fingers crossed for the regular cycle.

Dec 8: IN AT CORNELL! This was a MUCH needed lift of my spirits - Email around 5:00 pm. Needless to say, I'm thrilled!!!

Dec 18: BC Acceptance in a black envelope in the mail to my permanent address four days after knee surgery!! So excited!

Dec 21: Good holiday news abounds - FULL scholarship for three years at Temple (!), and Deferred at UPenn, which is more than I could have hoped for.

Dec 22: In at Vandy, which is AMAZING, because my boyfriend would kill to live in Nashville... I have options!!

Dec 26: Christmas present in the mail from BU!

Jan 4: In at Quinnipiac with 25k per year.

Jan 22: Rejected at NYU. No shocker there, so I'm not crying my eyes out or anything.

Jan 24: In at WashU :)

Jan 26: Call from GWU wondering where I live now, since it has switched so many times... The good news: They have an acceptance packet for me and they need a place to send it!!

Feb 10: In at UCONN!

Feb 20: Waitlisted at Georgetown, I won't be keeping my spot, so I hope that makes room for someone else...

March 7: So now that I have most of my decisions, I totally suck at updating here... I got rejected at Yale, which was completely expected, and offered some substantial scholarships at UConn, Vandy, and WashU, which are making my final decision that much harder. And I thought the hard part was over...

March 9: Dear BU - Thanks so much for contributing to my existential crisis... see you in the fall?

March 29: It's been awhile, LSN. Updates: WL'd at American and College of W&M (???), but more importantly, UConn has made me an offer that I wouldn't dream of refusing... So consider this my unofficial announcement that I will be a Husky in the fall :)
