Actually, what happened was I got an email from some student group congratulating me on my acceptance before I got the letter in the mail. So technically, I suppose I didn't get accepted by email, there was just a miscommuncation over timing. ::shrug::
15/year I don't know why so much money, probably my #'s. Wish it was more to woo me from the other great schools though.
