Nice Stats. Would wish you luck but you don't need it!

ME TOO (hating the wait)

Got a packet from American the other day and it turned out it was just their viewbook. I was so excited when I checked the mail and saw it... but now it's back to waiting. I'd love to hear from GW mid-december (or earlier!). Crossing my fingers. No GULC for you after all? I should be hearing back from them soon. Already know the answer but at least it'll be some news to tide me over.

Thanks!

It's definitely a thrill to know I'm going to law school SOMEWHERE... very exciting. I really hope we hear from GW soon. It's my top choice (duh) for a variety of reasons including location. From what I can tell, you're an easy-in to both and should probably hear pretty damn soon apply that early in the cycle. Good luck to us both :D

Thank you

Thanks for your kind message. Best of luck to you, although you don't seem to need it as you appear to be an excellent law school candidate. Cheers.

Thanks

I've thought about asking for a meeting. Met her very briefly on the tour, just by luck of running into her during it. I feel a bit wary doing so - I don't have much to say other than that I *really* want to attend, and even that's in a separate statement in my file. I think I'll see how it plays out. WL is a big possibility when you've got middling numbers and they know you want to attend. If that happens I suppose I'd have more to say, heh. Deleted your comment btw - not because of anything wrong; it's just one factoid I'm keeping from public view for a few more weeks.

thanks!

Hey, thanks for the congrats. I was pretty sure waiting so long meant it wasn't going to happen. And top 35%, tell me about it! I dunno if I'll ever get to intern/extern so high grades and maybe law review seem the way to go :) I'm so excited I can't even speak, though... been working towards this hope/goal/dream for years.

thx

Thanks for the support on GULC. Who the heck knows how that will come out... but yeah, we very well could end up as classmates this fall!

Good luck at GW

Maybe I'll see you in D.C.

I'm leaning toward Georgetown. I'll see if I get into some others, with money. Maybe GW will come through with something. If I'm paying for the whole thing regardless, then probably G'town. But I like what I've seen from GW so far. I'll see what I think when I've seen the schools. What sold you on GW?
