Hey, you're the second person who's caught my eye who's gotten into UNM... for some reason, I'm really interested in the school... I can't put my finger on it though. What about you? What motivated you to apply and go there?

congrats to you on UNM! and on then end of this madness! ha. feels great to be done. yeah, i'll definitely be at the admitted apps. day, i'm getting excited! kinda nerdy, haha. i just put a deposit down on a house within blocks of the law school, so i'm also excited for that. (a deposit down on a room, not a whole house. lol. that'll be the day.) anywho, i'm excited to meet you and the rest of our classmates! i kinda wish people would start chatting on the admitted apps online thing. haha. we should think about a get together for all the future 1L's. just like casual drinks somewhere or something.

Hiya, Just checking in to see how the process is going at this point. Was there an admitted students day? How did that go? I'm still waiting to hear back and I'm a little concerned I may be a part of a mass rejection mailing. Odd as it may (or may not) sound, UNM has become my top choice. Seems like I can get a feel for the school, it's a more mature school in terms of those attending, and it seems like a wonderfully collaborative environment. Well, I'll just say that if I am accepted, I will definitely see you this fall. If not, maybe next time. Do well, okay!
