Splitter96, Congrats on your acceptances. Would you be able to share more a less how your experience was with the waiting list? Did you do anything while on the waitlist that you think helped you get an acceptance?

I had to email them a few days after I applied because I had a typo in my application, but otherwise I never contacted them.

Congrats! Are you attending these law schools or planning on retaking the LSAT?

Thanks Sreya, I'm going to Hastings. I got the same score all three times I took the LSAT, so I'm worried that retaking wouldn't do me any good and I'd just end up losing out on a year of salary for nothing. And with the 3 take limit gone, LSAT scores overall will probably go up next year. Plus I have some connections in the California legal field, so I'm pretty comfortable with my decision. Good luck with your cycle!

Congrats

Thank you. I am an international student with a pretty crappy UGPA. Targeting a 175+ on the LSAT. Hopefully some good T2 will take me in. All the best for your 1L. And yes, congrats on your success. Any reason why you chose UC Hastings over Cardozo? P.S : Get your hands on a copy of Getting To Maybe :). From what I have read this one seems to be some sort of Bible for anyone who plans to ace 1L grades...
