HATED my visit to Columbia...you couldn't pay me to go there.

I'm thinking that Michigan waitlisted people that they didn't think would come to their school to keep their acceptance rate low. If the person waitlisted was really interested in Michigan, he would agree to stay on the list and maybe write an essay and submit another letter of rec. That's my rationale for the weird waitlisting at Michigan. So anyway, I withdrew my app.

Dude...you're the man. When you're at Columbia next year please remember that I'm your friend. I'm going to go now...gotta see if any more rejections have come...

Last post was supposed to be titled: Jason, you rule. Please give me some of your acceptances. Didn't want to leave you guessing on that.

The atmosphere was tense. I didn't see much, if any, student interaction. If I'm going to spend three years of my life in a law school, it's very important that I enjoy my stay. I didn't feel comfortable at Columbia...at all. I loved NYU.
