If anyone has any info on the schools I have applied to, I would love to hear.
Any word from UNM? Did you get a "complete file" confirmation from South Texas or St. Mary's? If all is still "Pending" that must be good for you!
I never received a "file complete" confirmation from South Texas either. LSDAS shows that received all info so I guess they do not confirm. St. Mary's sent a letter mentioning that my file must be complete for them to review. I called and emailed - but got no response after that. I believe they sent the letter before they processed my certification letter and application fee.

I am not sure if you are on Lawschooldiscussion.org but if you are not, then I think there is some pretty good information about some of your school on there. I think the most important thing is first of all where do you want to live when you are practicing law or where would you NOT MIND living when you are done with school. Because for individuals like us who are not at the Top Schools it is a lot harder to take our degree across the country. Once you know that then You will be better able to learn more info about the schools you are targeting. I know some about the Texas Schools and Ark-LR, if you have any questions.
I was about to send in my deposit to Ark-LR, but then I received a call from SMU. So I sent in my withdrawal. I have heard that between the two Ark schools; Fayetteville and LR, F is closer to big cities and is more portable than LR, but LR you will get good employment in the state. A lot of their graduates seem to also stay in state. They are on C+ curve and have a great dean in Dean Taylor. I can give you his email if you would like, but I think it is on the website. The South Texas letter was sent to my mom's house and it was a regular letter and they have yet to send any package. Its basically the letter and then you get access to this special part of the website.
Your school listing looks very similar to mine. I am pending on most but got a rejection letter last week from UNM. If you have not heard from them yet that may be a good sign. Good luck to you!
