If you have any questions about Barry let me know, I've visited several times and live in Orlando.

Good Luck

Thanks for the kind words. With your LSAT, you should be able to kick @$$ your first year and then transfer out, if that is what you want to do. Regardless, you've still got a some good options. Good luck!

I have heard the exact same thing from FIU. I applied in December, too.

St Thomas $$$

I didn't get any $$$ from St. Thomas. You could probably tell them about your offer from Barry and ask for some $$$. Good luck!

Yeah, I finally got the Hold after 5 long months. I was really disappointed. I've been told "two more weeks" by their people more times than I care to count. :( I doubt I'll go to Widener. They offered no money, and debt is a top concern for me. I'll hold out for FIU, but it looks like Barry or nothing for me (unless Tulsa comes in a blows me away with an offer...they're re-examining my file, or so they say). Where will you go if FIU doesn't say yes?

I applied to the FT program, then later I e-mailed and told them that I would like to be considered for both. I've talked to a couple of people who've moved up from PT to FT, so I know it can be done. I'm happy to do PT the first year, and then get caught up after that. Worst-case scenario is that I finish in 4 years instead of 3. Even with the additional year it's still much less expensive than my other options, which is why I'm leaning toward FIU at this point.

I visited the campus yesterday, and again today. It was awesome. The people were great and the facilities were top notch. The admissions lady told me I can move up to FT after three semesters, usually it is no problem assuming I'm in good academic standing. Where do you think you will wind up?

Let me know where you wind up

and if you wind up at St. Thomas, I'm looking for a roommate!
