I'm still waiting on UF and Emory before I make a final decision. There is some possibility I will go to UM though. I'm not sure everyone with scores over 160 attending would help too much in the rankings. The rankings only place roughly a 15 - 20% weight on the LSAT score.

Hey, Congrats on Miami! There's a possiblity of my going to miami, however it's more likely that I will be going to UF. Good luck with your recruiting anyway!

Sorry to see. How did they let you know? Gluck with the rest of your decisions.

As far as the social scene at wake, from what I can tell it seems to be obviously more limited than if you went to school in a city. However, the girl that took me on a tour said that they do bar reviews every thursday and that every year each class seems to have a local bar that they hang out at a lot. She also said that some fridays they get a keg in the courtyard of the building outside and people hang out in the afternoon and have a few beers. Many law students also attend the football and basketball games, and she said that people tailgate for the football. It's definitely not the same vibe as somewhere like DC or even Chapel Hill with its large undergrad population, but for me coming from a VERY social undergrad, i think it's what i need...
