i hate the split! i feel like every application is a craps shoot. i'm still on the fence about applying to wake. i don't want to get pigeon holed into working in charlotte. i talked to one of the admissions people at a law school forum and she said they go easy on people with less than impressive gpas who are potential "double deacs". then she made a derrogatory comment about duke. i held off because i can't afford any more application fees until at least december 15th. bummer on the waitlist! but if you get into uga, hopefully i'll see you there!
oh and fyi. if you haven't visited wake, you should. i loved going to school there and winston-salem is more fun than you might think. best of luck!
i hear ya! i almost moved to atlanta back in july so i could be in-state. most of the good i've heard of wake law is that they take good care of you financially. so i guess it depends on what kinds of offers you get.

waiting on yale and stanford mostly, and about five other schools tangentially... it'll probably end up being harvard, though. which is sort of awesome!
That is the tuition reduction scholarship at UGA, right? The one that gives you in state tuition for the first semester?
