Just had a quick question regarding USD: Did your online status checker change to "in review" or "decision rendered" before you received your letter of acceptance?
Actually have pretty close to same situation as you with the house, + a month. I don't know if it's realistic for you, but I plan on trying to rent it rather than sell for a while (through an agency), and if I have to pay a little extra out of pocket, oh well. Tough decision you have though. Good luck, hope you get UCLA.
