5/18 - Rejected at UVA after being waitlisted in September. Put a deposit on an apartment in Chicago and withdrew from UCLA. We're all done here! Excited to be at Northwestern next year.

3/2 - After visiting schools last week, I decided to attend Northwestern. Withdrew from every other waitlist except UCLA and UVA (either of which have a slight chance to lure me away from NU) and cleaned up my info box.

2/28 - My application that was held at GULC in November was declined today.

11/19 - Here's some important info for Northwestern applicants: when you schedule your interview with the alumnus or alumna, you need to go back to the website and tell NU the date. Otherwise, NU Admissions will email you and ask you if you're ever going to have an interview, even if you did it a month ago. I have a feeling this may also lead to your application remaining incomplete for a ridiculously long time, if this were to hypothetically happen to you.

10/25 - Invited to interview at Georgetown.

You should really change your application at Northwestern to ED. It's your only shot at t14. Good luck

Thanks for the info! I wasn't expecting it, but received an e-mail from uva on fee waiver, so i'll be applying. Good luck with the apps! (I personally think LazySplitter has a point there. NU tends to put more emphasis on work experiences than other schools. and I have seen splitters w/ amazing LSAT scores getting in)

Softs: I didn't cure cancer or anything, but I I have worked for 6 years in consumer finance doing quant work. I manage a team now and work on some cool stuff, and mentioned this in my resume and essay.
