We've got very similar numbers, so I'd guess that you have at very least an excellent shot at Duke and Michigan.

gulc is over rated anyway. plus you'd be better off going to UVa or Northwestern. of course i'm sure your decision will be complicated by the acceptances to come.

Congrats on all of your acceptances! I'm shocked by gtown though -- Any idea what happened? Do you think it's YP? Not that I'm in danger of that, but I'm still waiting on the letter they "sent" in January, so your story has me especially nervous. Here's hoping that there's no conspiracy behind lost apps/letters....

I think it's fine that you're not withdrawing from NYU, especially since you're not set on Columbia. As for the 3 days to decide...I'd give NYU a call, if you still really do need more time. They're extremely nice and flexible...I asked for, and was granted an extension to make my final decision (then again that was back in April--they have an earlier deadline for students to whom they offer scholarships). In any event, the fact that admissions and financial aid were sooo incredibly helpful ultimately drove me to decide on NYU.

congrats on nyu. and ignore the negative comments. ppl who troll for withdrawls are losers. and this is coming from a person who would also like to here some good news off the nyu waitlist.

Thanks anonymous, and best of luck to you! I withdrew today from NYU so hopefully you'll get my spot and not that psychopath who keeps posting on my board, and who I'm trying to report to the admissions office. I can't help but think that if he did more constructive things with his time, rather than harassing people online, he might be able to get into some better law schools himself! If you see him at NYU, which I'm sure you won't because he'll never get in, give him a kick for me!
