Any news from NCCU? Do you know anyone with your stats that has been accepted? We have a similar index. I'm really eager to see if I get in or not.
Hey congrats on CSL! Nice bit of $$ too! I've lived in Charlotte for about six years and have heard some positive things regarding the school as well. I'm headed to their open house next Saturday. They are supposed to be partially acc. this fall. Good luck with the rest of your apps. What's your top choice?
The CSL open house was ok. I wasn't blow away, but by no means was I dissapointed. The biggest issue with CSL is the accred. concern. They are moving to a new facility at this fall - which is good, b/c the facilities are currently very cramped and split between two buildings. I'm not so sure the tour really gave justice to the school. The faculty seemed sharp. Their admissions said that requirements for admission were higher this year than last. The other primary concern for many people may be that until the school is accred. federal loans/grants will not be available - meaning private loans would be required. I would def rec visiting the school if you have a chance. Please keep me posted and good luck with your other apps!

Hey I completely understand about work...I worked liked crazy before I moved out here last August...trying to save money BUT I'm glad you are excited nevertheless...I think you will enjoy NCCU for these next three years. For the most part, we students, are supportive of each another. Let me know if you need a link to a few apartments in the area.
