Extra Curricular Information

I'm not really that impressive, I promise :) I've never had a real job, I did have a political internship in Europe, and I was an intercollegiate athlete (but not a very good one). Also in the honors program. Those few things are literally ALL I did in college, other than study and play :)

Additional info & updates

Since my cycle is over, I'm deleting everything on here. If you have any questions, send me a PM.

I originally chose to go to UVA, then got into Harvard off the waitlist at the end of May, and after lots of agonizing chose to go to Harvard. I wish I had a twin and I could go to both schools...oh wait, I DO have a twin, but she's not going to law school :)

Yay! Your interview seemed to go great! Congrats! Do you know where you want to go? And yes, applying to both BYU and Utah feels a little disloyal.. haha

It really depends on where I get accepted. I hate standardized tests so that's definitely the weakest part of my application. I'm sooo jealous of your LSAT score!

I'll trade you a mess of pottage for your UVA acceptance. You don't really want it anyway, right? Do Jedi mind tricks work on you? Seriously, good luck with the cycle. Looks like things are shaping up well. Here's to continued good outcomes!

Congrats!

Wow, great job on Harvard. What are your thoughts re: Harvard and UVA? I'm also on the waitlist and would probably go if I got in, but I'm from Boston so I'm biased.

"3/27 - $12k a year at UVA! I think this is where I'll end up, unless there's a miracle and I get into Harvard." Go with your gut...$12k/year at UVA is not worth passing on HLS.

Waitlisted at Harvard - any tips?
Sunday, May 02 2010 at 08:00 PM

Hello there, I am an undergrad currently on the waitlist at Harvard, my top choice for law school. I have sent in multiple letters of continued interest since I was put on hold in January. I also plan on submitting my final grades and another LOCI towards the end of May. Are there any further tips or additional information you could provide me with? As an applicant with similar statistics, I believe your input is invaluable - I would appreciate any of your insight and perspective. Please respond via my email address. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
