Thanks!!! I'm debating on if I should attend. I just received the email advising me that my decision was ready and to log in to find out what it is. It is a home school and I have until the April 18 to decide. We'll see i'll keep you posted
Hey Lillian, Thanks for your post on my profile. site. You definitely have reason to keep hope alive! You have a lot going for you with your two masters degrees. My suggestion is that you should visit the admissions offices at FIU and Nova. Tell them about your keen interest in their programs. Right them a letter. The more interest you show, the better your chances. I just withdrew my acceptance at FIU, so now there's at least one new open space in the class starting in Fall 2008. Hope it goes to you!

Hey - just saw I had comments. If you applied to Nova, you should be getting an e-mail with an N____ #. You can go online and check the status of your application there. They also sent me an e-mail saying a decision had been made on my file. Good Luck! the AAMPLE program is always available. I know a bunch of people who were in it. I don't want to go to Nova, but it seems like it is my only option right now.

Sending an addendum with this application will not do any good. You can try to explain your low LSAT score (bad test taker), but your law GPA gives no credibility to that case.
I think my personal statement let schools know what I'm about in such a way that they would be able to determine whether or not I would be a good fit for them. That's what mattered to me. Forensics! That is inCREDIBLE! Very exciting field that I'd imagine takes quite a bit of aptitude. Thank you for the message though. Were I you, I'd definitely apply to more schools, at least 20. Your double masters would bring so much to any law school. I'd love to have classmates with double masters in psych and forensics.
