Re: Berkeley... I'm not sure how much time you've spent out here, but let me know if you have any questions about the area. I don't know much about Boalt Hall specifically, but my partner is a student at Cal (i.e., Berkeley) in the College of Engineering and I've lived here for ~16 years. It's been nice and there are lots of things/people/food I'll miss, but I'm ready to live somewhere else for a while.
Hey :) I've settled on UCI and I'm really excited about it. I do really want to leave CA, but it looks like it's going to be another few years before that happens... I just feel like I can't really beat law school with no debt (and attending a school where the students actually seem happy is a big bonus for me!). How's your decision-making process going?
