Congrats on Southwestern! What are you preferences? Northern or Southern? We have very similar scores and applied to similar schools. Best of luck with your cycle!

Good luck on Loyola... I'm pretty sure they put me on hold and I'll probably get a waitlist as well. bummer. or even worse, I'm scared I'll get a big fat reject. Jerks... I hate this waiting game.
Anyways for Pepperdine. I've beens ending a LOCI once a month.
The first one was just keep me on the waitlist, I love you, etc. etc.
Second one. I visited the campus and I explained how much I felt a connection with the school, etc.
Third one: I've been in contact with several current students and faculty and will be talking about htat. and of course updating on my grades and summer plans.
fourth: this will just be simple and reminding them of my summer plans and who they can contact while I'm overseas.
fifth: i'm e-mailing them while overseas around the time that they plan to review the waitlist (mid-july) and reminding them that I love them.
Hopefully that helps.
All of this is driving me nuts. I haven't heard anything from San Diego and Loyola and though I love SCU I've decided that I want to stay closer to home. :(

hey there... i got off the USD waitlists less than a week after I sent in both my wl letters.I also visited and sent a LOCI during the time frame.
Good luck, send in a LOCI, I'm sure it will help. I've heard there's been some good waitlist movement. :)

I sent an e-mail LOCI for san diego because when I called they said they preffered the e-mail. it was quicker. I recommend giving them a call and asking. They might just say... it doesn't matter. If that's the case, I'd say e-mail. Makes life easier, they can print it out and put it in your file. :)
GOOD LUCK!
GOOD LUCK!
