For sure. Ranking wise and Portland is awesome. Oh, and no sales tax!
Thanks for the comment, I'm pretty happy. Per your delema: I say L&C all the way. Better ranked if that matters to you, and Portland is oh so much prettier than Spokane. If you live in Western WA, L&C would prob'ly be closer to home anyway.
