Got a letter 'conditionally' accepting me to John Marshall. Have to interview to get into their SCALES program which starts in less than a month. If I make a certain GPA or higher this summer I'm automatically enrolled.

Got a letter turning me down from St. Mary's. It's too bad since I would've been close to family there.

Also got some brochures in the mail today from Widener with post-its and notes. Someone put some work into it! :)

First time on this Web site. I thought learning more about the journey of others would help lessen my anxiety about the waiting process. I've been waiting to hear back from many of these schools for over a month now. So far no dice. If anything, it has put me more on the edge. I think I check Web sites that schools have sent me four times a day and I'm constantly checking the mail when I get home from work. The mail sometimes doesn't make it until 6:30 or 7 p.m. around here which drives me nuts.

I am thankful that I've been accepted to Florida Coastal and Widener. I am leaning more towards Widener-Harrisburg because I've never lived in the northeast and D.C. is my favorite city in the world (a mere two hours away).

By the way, Florida Coastal's admissions person is awesome. He sends me these personal e-mails and even works on the weekends. That's dedication. I haven't been, but the school looks beautiful. I think if Harrisburg wasn't so close to D.C., I would have no problem picking Florida over Widener.

Hey I received the same conditional letter from John Marshall and I did the interview almost a two weeks ago. Have you had your interview yet? It really bothers me that they are dragging this part of the process out being that the program starts in less than 30 days. I called twice in the same week about when they will notify people who have interviewed and they stated they dont know when the notification process will begin. When is your interview?
