Fee waivers for DePaul, Villanova, Temple, George Mason, Seton Hall, and others I didn't apply to.
I know Fordham and GW are long shots, but why not try anyway?

1-23-07: Rejection from American. A pretty quick rejection, at that. This isn't looking too good....

2-01-07: Accepted PT at Temple w/ a $36,000 scholarship over the four yrs! Woohoo!

2-05-07 Accepted at Seton Hall. Good to have a choice now, but Temple is def in the lead.

2-22-07 Accepted at Fordham via e-mail. Very excited about this one...

2-23-07 Accepted at DePaul

3-05-07 Withdrew from Seton Hall and DePaul. Both are great schools, but I am deciding between Temple and Fordham at this point.

3-07-07 Accepted at Villanova via letter in the mail.

03-08-07 Double rejection day! George Mason and GW say "thanks, but no thanks" in very nice form letters.

Well, this basically concludes my cycle. Man, that flew by quickly! In the end, the great law school gods sent me a BIG signal that it is time to leave DC. As jaw droppingly stodgy as DC is, I'll certainly miss it. It's been great to me. But out of all the schools I applied to, I couldn't have picked a more exciting opportunity than the corporate law program at Fordham. Let the Manhattan countdown begin!

Good luck to everyone! I'll be sending in withdrawal letters to the rest of my acceptances in the next few weeks.

well san diego has been very good to me, but it's time to move on. I noticed that you didn't apply to any schools in San Diego. Perhaps it's time for a change for you as well? Good luck!

Congrats on Fordham. I'll be attending there too in the P/T program. I hope we'll be seeing each other in August.
