Stated ethnicity on my apps actually, although I do not care for the politically correct URM label. Definetly helped at the schools I got into (acceptance and merit). However, those T14s probably wanted 164 or 5 as opposed to 161. Besides, if you look at the ABA figures on each scool on the LSAC site, T14s and other top schools accept a significantly greater amount of African American FEMALES as opposed to males. Just as statistically speaking, white males seemingly still have an advantage over white females. But that's the game we play. Also, despite waivers, I couldn't claim the slightest economic disadvantage.

Any thoughts on where you might end up (excluding Penn)? You have some good options. Congrats.

Most likely, I would want to stay in Virginia. Waiting to see if UVA pans out. Besides there W&L has some good money offered. And W&M has less, but costs less as state school and is very close to home. They are tied for final destination choice right now.
