I am curious if you can get a job in Concord. Your best bet would be Suffolk University.

Funny- I have the same concern when I talked it over with my wife. Franklin Pierce has a nice rep, but Concord looks about as small as a law school town gets. And I'll freeze my beans off, to boot.

Thanks for the suggestion; I think I will put in an app this weekend. As you said, Suffolk is our best bet (and our top *likely* choice). In a perfect world, it would be George Mason, but that relies on a greatly improved LSAT in Feb. That being said, it's probably Boston for us.

Wake Forest

Did Wake Forest give you an unsolictied Fee Waiver? There is a rumor that Wake is trying to establish itself as an intellectual property school.

Negative- I had an LSAC fee waiver.

Weekend surprise

WOW, just got the thumbs-up from Georgia State. Didn't see that one coming.. That was my top choice, best case scenario! We're going back home to the ATL!!

Congrats. First of many. Are you planning on touring UNH?

Thanks! No, I'm not planning to tour UNH. I can not see any scenario that would keep me from going to GSU. This was an amazing early Christmas gift!

Yeah, U Balt posted the decision really quickly on their status checker. Pain to get to, though.

I am in shock that you were rejected at American. They told me they desperately wanted Engineers in their evening program and even asked me if I was willing to go PT.

Decision
Thursday, November 10 2011 at 07:00 PM

I still haven't decided where I want to go. I will attend a few ASD and see where I fit in. I did the UNH online chat and I didn't like it. I felt like even though there are quite a few engineers there, I would be only able to do Patent Prosecution and not Patent Ligation if I chose. I felt like outside of Patent Prosecution, the school had no strong points. I would still like to Pro Bono my topfree fight.

Do you expect to withdraw your application from UDC this cycle? I'm on the waitlist and they they're waiting for withdrawals! :)
