30 applications and over $1,000 later, I've finally got my applications in. Lets hope I was successful in tricking someone to take me!! I've got some serious hail mary's in my cycle, so we'll see if I get lucky.

03.10.09: Over the past few days I received my official acceptance package and scholarship from Western New England College, ding @ Louisville via snail mail, and invitations to ASD's at Roger Williams and Western New England. As of now, its looking like a toss-up between West Virginia and Western New England. Hopefully I'll hear back from the rest of my schools soon (It's looking like out of what I have left, there are about 6 or 7 realistic options, and the rest are automatic dings). I'm thinking that Dayton, NYLS, and Elon will be automatic WD's (not too interested in them anymore), yet some of the other schools that I'm waiting on will be complete game changers if offered admission. I'm dying to hear back from some of these places soon - I want to know where I'm going next year!!!! It's exciting!

03.04.09: Waitlisted at Northeastern. Nice surprise! I got my RWU folder in the mail today full of tons of crap. Ehhh...

03.02.09: Accepted at Willamette via snail mail. Withdrew via email. Phone call from Dean Boylan at Roger Williams telling me that I've been accepted.

02.27.09: Accepted at West Virginia University via snail mail (small white envelope) and rejected at Marquette via snail mail. Kind of sucks, I really like Milwaukee, but whatever. Its all good.

02.25.09: Today I got a letter from NYLS saying that they're currently reviewing my application (as was told to me in the email I received the other day). Additionally, I got a call from the Dean at WNEC with an acceptance and $14,000/year. Feels good to get another acceptance!

02.23.09: Today has been a very very sad day in my cycle. I was rejected from my top choice (UConn). This was obviously expected, yet I was really really hoping that they took a chance on me. Bummed out!!

02.23.09: Today I emailed all of the schools that I haven't heard from in regards to being complete. So far (within the past half hour after they were sent) I have heard from:

- NYLS (email from Asst. Dean Perez saying that I have been complete and "will be hearing from them within the week" - tone of the email sounded promising).

- Quinnipiac (complete as of last week and in line for review).

- Gonzaga (currently under review - said that they'd be sending out the letter soon).

- Elon (currently under review).

- RWU (currently under review).

- WNEC (complete and currently under review - will hear form them within 2 to 4 weeks).

02.19.09: Dinged at DePaul. I need some more acceptances soon. My ego is quickly deflating.

02.13.09: Out at Penn State. Its okay, their football team sucks balls and is completely over-rated, and I hope they continue to be that way for the rest of eternity. NEXT.

02.09.09: Waitlisted at Hofstra. I'm going to write up an LOCI and send in the appropriate paperwork to stay on the WL. At least I'm baiting the T100. Works for me.

02.06.09: Call from Ohio Northern with a scholarship offer of $20,000/year (almost a full ride) contingent upon a 3.0 average. Dinged @ Miami by snail mail. Oh well.

02.04.09: Acceptance by phone call from New England School of Law. I guess at this point I can WD from Ohio Northern. Boston/Philly > Ada, Ohio. At least in my opinion...

02.03.09: Rejected at Denver. The city looked so nice in Dumb and Dumber....too bad.

01.26.09: In at Drexel (via status checker) and Ohio Northern (via some sort of large envelope - they sent it to my permanent and not current address, so my mom had to read it to me over the phone). Anyways, happy I'm at least going somewhere! Pretty quick turn-around at both schools. Hopefully I'll hear more good news this week!

01.21.09: Complete @ Northeastern & UConn. The UConn e-mail said that they will start reviewing [this batch] of applications within the month.

01.20.09: Complete @ Penn State and Willamette.

01.16.09: Complete @ UDenver.

01.14.09: Emails keep pouring in saying my application has arrived, and according to LSAC, almost all of the schools have already requested my report, and many of those have already been sent/transmitted. I got an email from Drexel saying that I was complete, with my login information for the status checker. That was pretty quick! Hopefully their decision will be quick (and an acceptance!!) as well.
