i definitely think you have a decent shot. Maybe we'll be classmates! I am actually from Bloomington and I went to IUB for undergrad, so I'd kind of like to go somewhere else....but IU is a great school and I do love Bloomington!
Good luck with FSU, I'm sure you'll get in with your numbers. Maybe I'll see ya there. I'm not sure where I'm going yet, I have some decisions to make and I haven't even heard back from all my schools yet, but I'm not complaining about acceptances :)
Dude, deferred at UK? Have you been convicted of stealing from old ladies? What are they thinking!

Thanks, its pretty exciting! Iowa is such a great school and I will probably be heading up north in a few months. Congrats on FSU, they're big on LSAT score so I don't think they'll let me in. Great opportunities if your interested in state politics. Let me know when you hear from Iowa, and good luck with the rest.
I can't believe you didn't get into UF...they give a great deal of preference to in state applicants though. Still it does not bode well for my chances.
Do you have any idea which school you are leaning towards? Where do you stand with the Zips?
The letter is probably a great idea...I don't know...I was on their waitlist last year, and came back this year with a bit more experience and they let me in. If it were between FSU and Kansas though I'd go for the former...they practically run state government in Tallahassee, and you can't beat Clyde's and The Governors Club. My fingers are still crossed that you get into Iowa though...If you get in I'll buy you a beer when August rolls around.
Congrats on Kentucky! My brother transferred to there from FSU and loved it. He said FSU was so so. Take it for what it's worth.
I think it just came down to personal preference. He did really like his professors @ UK.
