12-12-08: Checked with OU and OCU and both of my applications are complete. My OU app is up for review today and I should hear something by mail soon. OCU will not be making any decissions until after the first of the year.

12-16-08: Rejected at OU, called addmissions office and the deciding factor was my low GPA.....I will submit a request to review my application again with an explination (difficutly of degree), but I'm not holding my breath......

My fingers are crossed for OCU, if I am rejected there I may retake the LSAT and apply again next year.

02-05-09: Rejected at Denver. I'm not really suprised, considering my GPA and average LSAT. I called OCU and they said a decission has been made but would not release the info to me. Does not sound good. I guess I'm back to LSAT Prep to improve my score :( and apply again next year (unless I get good news from OCU).

02-10-09: Good news from OCU, I'm accepted!!! I can relax now :) My $$$ for OCU is $12,000/Year.

I will not be attending law school.

Sorry about the news from OU. Retaking the LSAT is also my only option if I am rejected from the few schools I applied to. I think I would bight the bullet and take a study course for the LSAT if I had it to do over. It's just hard to work all day then drive 75 miles to the only LSAT course offered in my area! Does OU have a part-time program? That might be one option that would get them the take a second look at your application...although I'm sure you have already thought of that. Heads up. It's not over 'till it's over. :)

I think this website robs me of my ability to spell - I meant bite...not bight. Thank goodness I let several people review my application before submitting. That could have been ugly.

Thanks!!

Thank you. I'm not sure yet if that's where I'll be going. It's my last choice b/c 1) it's 5 hours away from where I live 2) it's really expensive. So, we'll see what happens with UMKC & Washburn before I decide...*sigh*
